Pickup & delivery guide

How pickup and delivery dry cleaning works.

The goal is simple: remove the store trip. You submit what needs cleaning, confirm your service area, receive final pricing and pickup availability, then the order is collected and returned after professional care.

1. Check your postal code

Pickup routes depend on location and route density. DK currently tests selected Ontario communities including Keswick and Georgina, Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Bradford, Innisfil, Barrie, Stouffville, New Tecumseth and Orangeville.

2. Tell us what needs cleaning

Common requests include suits, shirts, pants, winter coats, shoes and sneakers, wash & fold laundry, comforters and rugs.

3. Specialty items get reviewed first

Wedding gowns, leather, suede, down coats, drapery, weighted blankets and alteration requests can require individual assessment. DK collects the details first and only confirms the service after the item and route are reviewed.

4. Final price is confirmed before acceptance

Quick Quote values are estimates. A submitted request is not the same as a confirmed booking. DK confirms final pricing and pickup availability before accepting the order.

What to include in your request

Item type, quantity, visible stains, material or care-label details, brand if relevant, and any deadline that matters. Better information reduces back-and-forth and helps route the item correctly.
